Based on the award winning "how to" business book, season one revisits the innovative Total Market approach to inclusive customer experience design.

Author and host, Jeffrey L. Bowman goes back in time and interview industry leaders to understand why the new change approach was required; discuss the industry reaction to the Total Market Approach; reflect on the lessons learned since starting the first cultural agency while at Ogilvy; and what it took to validate the new change approach, proven to help leaders accelerate inclusive growth.

Episode Six - A Generation(Gen) Z Perspective: Did The Industry Change Fast Enough? Alston - Simone Bowman, Producer at FCB New York
