This week, your host Adam Riggs is joined by Lindsay Clayborne, Director of HR at CarData to discuss the company's transition to a hybrid work model, the importance of building strong relationships across your organization, how to develop trust in a remote setting, and the benefits of embracing flexibility in recruitment and employee retention.

CarData offers comprehensive vehicle reimbursement solutions for various corporate needs, including finance, HR, sales, and procurement. Their services encompass mileage tracking and reporting, alongside custom-built reimbursement programs for employees using personal vehicles for work. Founded by former fleet executives in 1999, CarData has expanded across North America, continuously evolving its technology to include a full-service mobile app and securing significant investments to fuel growth and product development.

Lindsay is a human resources (HR) professional who is passionate about all things data, people, and culture. She holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and currently works as the Director of People and Culture at Cardata where she has helped to build out the HR function from the ground up, working with executive leaders across the organization to shape compensation, recruitment, performance, and development programming.
