It's time to talk about the future of construction in the US! In this episode, host Franco Perez had an interesting conversation with Gerry McCaughey, CEO of Entekra and strong proponent of offsite construction technology. He gives an unbiased view in comparing the US construction industry as with that in Europe. Originally from Ireland, but now living in the US for 14 years, he has worked from both sides of the Atlantic and he experienced the distinct differences especially when it comes to residential and commercial construction.
Entekra’s engineering office is still located in Ireland with about 60 people employed, while the California site employs around 250 people.
