Wendy Rice Winer is a middle school language arts teacher in Morton Grove, Illinois. She formerly hosted the show Saturday Morning Flashback at Chicago radio station WXRT. During her time at the University of Illinois in the late 1970s, Winer worked in several roles at WPGU, including program director.
