Embodiment happens when the change you seek has become so much a part of you that you do it effortlessly, like brushing your teeth. Getting there, however, can feel hard.
Whether you want to run your first 5k, feel more confident at work or start living your life purpose, at some point you’re going to feel frustrated and doubtful that you can ever make it happen.
When you know the steps to truly embodying the change you seek, though, it’s easier to know what to do to keep going… and have peace with the more challenging aspects of the process.
