He is the Chief Executive Officer at BizzCtrl Limited, which operates as a financial debt collection agency, that helps businesses settle unpaid bills and financial disputes. Alongside, Stich also operates as a business advisor at his personal firm, Stitch Consultancy.

Background

Stich has an extensive profile in various industries like communications, IT solutions and healthcare. Starting out as an engineer in Siemens, Stich worked closely with the orders processing and the day-to-day business management at the company.

This gave him a keen understanding of B2B and B2C interactions and the inevitable disputes that come with them, leading him to open up his own debt-collection firm, BizzCtrl, which he operates full-time.

Combining skillsets in business

Stich is a prime example of being a ‘jack of all trades’, that is often overlooked in leadership roles. However, his story relates into how various talents like marketing, communications, technical skills, and business semantics all overlap to make a business successful.

Stitch is a bull-dog in systems management, given his extensive experience in Siemens that taught him how each sector overlaps with the next to keep the ship afloat. He teaches these key insights in his personal advisory business to start-ups and SME’s.

Much like the human body, businesses operate like a unique system. Wherever necessary, a performance shortage in any one cog in the business system must be overcompensated by the accelerating of another cog in the system.

Lastly, understanding your consumer is vital, for it drives the purpose of the entire business, and makes each process more goal-oriented. Refining that understanding as the consumer demands shift is also crucial in adapting your business needs.
