In a small journal, write down at least one success from the day each and every day. Take a moment to consider why each of these things were a success. Keep this journal by your bed so it becomes a daily habit.

One of the most important parts of the career journey is going to be increasing self-awareness - by celebrating your successes, you'll be rewiring your brain to spend more energy focusing on the positive.

How will this help you in your career? By consistently celebrating success, it will become clear to you what specific things you are good at - at work - and what you enjoy doing it.
