This episode was recorded live at the Digital Analytics Summit on the 13th of October in Amsterdam. In this first session I was joined by Emma Gordon who is a Digital Data & Analytics Lead and Romar van der Leij who is Legal Council at the DDMA. We discussed if Google Analytics 4 (is not) legal in the EU, and what the status is right now. We also look at how we got here, and what the future might hold for us from a legislative perspective.
