As a sufferer from severe anaphylaxis, Julianne understood first-hand the danger and frustration of navigating a safe lifestyle free from potentially lethal allergens. With 1 in 12 children now being diagnosed with a food allergy, Creative Nature brings back the joy of eating to those with food intolerances.

Creative Nature products are stocked in a few thousand U.K. stores, including Asda, Co-op and Sainsbury's, plus online retailer Ocado. In 2017, Julianne successfully pitched on Dragon's Den but turned down the 25% offer. In 2019 she made the Forbes 30 under 30 list and has just become MedicAlert’s first UK ambassador.

In this episode, Julianne shares her journey to starting her business at 22 years old, reliving some of her biggest challenges and pivotal moments - including pitching on Dragon’s Den. She discusses her relationship with alcohol, and why having a severe food allergy places even further importance on the need to stay in control.
