My toxic trait is...well I guess you will have to tune in! This week, Katie and Ashleigh discuss the phenomenon of 'Toxic Traits' and how they affect ourselves and others. Ashleigh shares background on personality traits and how they are formed, while Katie helps identify specific toxic traits with her three part system. Are you working through some toxic behavior yourself? Ashleigh provides an easy guide to working through your traits to become the best version of yourself. Does all of this seem a little generalizing? Katie touches on how the language we use to describe someone's behavior can be covered in ableism.
