In 2020, we were afraid to go anywhere. 2021 turned into the greatest year for real estate of all time. In 2022, we watched interest rates spiral out of control and dramatically shift the market, and we’re now living in the wake of these major shifts, both positive and negative.

Neal is the founder of UGro and Grocapitus and known as the Mad Scientist of Multifamily with a $1B real estate portfolio and over 900 investors. Based in the Bay Area, he uses cutting edge analytics and tech tools to give himself–and his students–a powerful edge in the world of multifamily investing.
