Entrepreneurs have a spark, a drive that propels them to move forward, to make whatever they envision a reality. Throughout that drive, especially during the savage days, confidence is crucial. Without it, your business will never grow, especially in the area of bringing on the right team members. And without the right team members and instilling proper confidence in them, you'll never obtain that entrepreneurial freedom you desire.

In this episode, I (Kyle) talk with Preston Cone, the Founder of Approved Social, and the CEO of both Cone Creatives (Cone Agency) and Donor Curve, about this integral part of caring for yourself and your business. Preston shares how choosing the right team members isn’t all about experience or skill level. He goes on to discuss the personal side of turning over processes to your team, setting boundaries, and the value in saying no.
