Have you been thinking of starting your home search to the suburbs, but you aren’t sure if you even can move right now because it’s the holiday season? Today my special guest and I break down why (and how), you can absolutely do this if you want to! Christine Finch Oleynick is a local realtor and she has her finger on the pulse of what is going on in this real estate market, which is why I’m so excited to be introducing her to you today.

Christine Finch Oleynick is known as an innovative leader, a knowledgeable real estate agent, and a marketing and advertising expert. She is also the Director of one of Fairfield County's most recognized women's networking groups.

She brings years of experience in advertising, marketing, event planning and very importantly, sales. She is known for her design-savvy marketing, creative advertising strategies, innovative social media, technology expertise, in-depth market knowledge, and strategic local and global partnerships. She was the marketing ambassador for many luxury real estate brands and properties. and is often asked to speak on the subject. She has recently published two books “Savvy Strategies for Home-sellers” and “How to Advertise & Market your Home for the Most Exposure and Top Dollar” She is also a local strategist for Suburban Jungle, a company that uses on the ground research, technology, local expertise and a personalized know-how to provide a curated and objective approach to helping out-of-towners find the perfect neighborhood. Her experience along with her vast network and contact base help differentiate her as a highly recommended and trusted real estate professional in the area.

Through her creative marketing and promotional skills, her listings have been featured in various local media outlets such as CT Cottages & Gardens, CT Post, News 12 CT as well as Town & Country, Architectural Digest, Mansions Global, House Beautiful, Veranda, Elle Décor, WSJ, NY Times, Haute Residence, the Daily Mail, and most recently on NBC’s Open House.

Christine is active in the local community and was recently honored as a "Women's Business Advocate" at Moffly Media's first annual "Women of Influence" Awards. The honorees were nominated and selected by their peers as women business leaders who innovate and succeed in their area of expertise. She was featured as one of the local women entrepreneurs in Westport magazine’s article “Women in Charge— Local Entrepreneurs Weigh In”. She was also, awarded the Civic Engagement Award in recognition for finding creative and effective ways to make a positive difference in the community from Dress for Success.

Christine has lived in lower Fairfield county most her life and is passionate about Connecticut and the unique amenities Fairfield County has to offer. Her extensive knowledge of the towns, the people and local businesses offer her clients professionally sound advice and expansive expertise.

Christine is constantly reading and researching what’s going on in the real estate market both locally and nationally, and I have found her content to be so helpful to me. With inventory levels low, it can never be too soon to start that search for your next home in the suburbs!
