Today on the show, we're talking about the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, Michigan and Michigan State Football, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. We kicked off the show talking about the Lions as we were joined by John Maakaron from Sports Illustrated and the Detroit Sports Podcast. He and Huge broke down that win over the Arizona Cardinals, they discussed all of the recent injuries, and looked ahead to next Monday's game against the Seahawks. We were then joined by Anthony Broome from theWolverine.com so we could get his thoughts on Michigan beating USC. He and Huge gave their thoughts on the lack of passing but being able to still pull out a win, gave their thoughts on if this play style is sustainable, and talked about this weekend's match up with Minnesota. We talked about the Tigers in our second hour as we were joined by Dan Hasty, who is the voice of the West Michigan Whitecaps. The Tigers beat the Tampa Bay Rays today 2-1, so Dan and Huge talked about what that means for the Tigers and their Playoff potential, the looked ahead to the next few games and what the Tigers need to do to get that spot, and much more. We were then joined by Tim Staudt from Staudt on Sports in Lansing. He talked about how he felt about that loss to Boston College over the weekend, gave his thoughts on how this team could play against OSU, Tim also updated us on Tom Izzo and MSU Basketball, and more. In our final hour, we were joined by Clayton Sayfie from theWolverine.com so he and Huge could talk about Michigan Football. We got Clayton's thoughts on how that game against USC went, he and Huge gave their thoughts on if their style of Football can beat Minnesota, talked about Alex Orji and his development, and much more. We were then joined by Jim Comparoni from SpartanMag.com to get his thoughts on Michigan State's loss to Boston College. He and Huge talked about the strengths and weaknesses they saw from the team, gave their thoughts on how the game against OSU will go, and more. We wrapped up the show with Bill's earlier conversation with Dan Hasty about the Tigers win today.
