Reframing Your Mindset & Catching Up w/ Seat Time

A left Rotator Cuff injury, a right MCL injury, a chainsaw to the left forearm and now a left fractured Scaphoid; it's been a rough 10 months. I can't let these injuries get me down though. I have to reframe my mindset to help myself recover as best as I can and also not push it too hard, too early.
