Mark is the founder & owner of Level Crossing Brewing. Chris Detrick is the brew master at Level Crossing Brewing and a day one employee for the soon to be four-year-old brewery.
We discuss the recent release of "The Black Album" an Imperial Black Rye IPA.
Mark goes into detail about the early days of opening the brewery. Chris discusses some challenges transitioning from a pro line brewing system in his garage to helping put together the brewhouse at Level Crossing.
We discuss Chris' background as a award winning photographer. Mark touches on his days with High West Distillery. We discuss the local beer scene in Utah. Mark and Chris also remember which breweries had an influence on them and give them a perspective of how they wanted Level Crossing to operate.
