Luke Hibberd was overweight, unmotivated, and putting his own life at risk with his continual unhealthy lifestyle. This was until he decided to make a change in his life. In his early 20’s and ticking over the scales at over 175 kilograms, Luke put a stop to this way of living and made the change required to live a happier, and longer life. In this episode, Luke explains how he allowed his body to get to this extreme weight, and the process he took to lose the weight equivalent of another human being to be where he is today. He also explains his role as Studio Manager of Orangetheory Fitness, where he inspires others to achieve their own personal goals, no matter what they are
