Today, I want to share a personal journey I've been on, one that's been shaping my business and life in profound ways. Over the past few weeks, I stepped away from social media and took some much-needed space to reflect on what I truly want. This time off has allowed me to explore deeper questions about my identity—who I am and what truly lights me up. Through this introspective process, I've realised the importance of aligning my work with my core values and passions.
As a result, I've made some significant changes to my business. I've decided to cap the number of participants in my Luminate program to create a more intimate and impactful experience. This smaller group setting allows for deeper connections and more meaningful coaching conversations. I value depth and emotional safety, and this change feels so right for me and my clients.
I've also restructured my one-on-one coaching packages to offer more flexibility and precision. Moving from the traditional six or twelve-month commitments, I'm now focusing on powerful, three-month coaching partnerships. This new approach excites me because it allows us to dive deep and make significant progress in a shorter time frame.
This episode is really about the process of realigning my business with who I am today.
