As the creator and leader of Heart of Networking since 2012, her passion shines through in every event she creates. Marlene has two areas of focus: 1) to create a variety of effective networking events, focused on Connection, Education and Opportunity. And 2) to attract and highlight women in business to use these events as a platform to share their passion and build their own version of success. Marlene Marco has a passion for connecting people and creating opportunities that assist local entrepreneurs to flourish! She understands the challenges and the celebrations of the entrepreneurial lifestyle. One familiar thread is woven through her career - that is her mission to help others succeed in business. Connection, Education and Opportunity is her tag line for The Heart of Networking Events. Marlene started her networking journey in 2005 with a monthly event. This has since grown with the creation of The Heart of Networking Events in 2012. Currently hosting monthly networking events, workshops, and the newly created Online Membership Directory, this group has been instrumental in small business growth. Marlene loves to share her experience in networking, sales and marketing. This, combined with her supportive spirit, makes her a natural mentor and teacher.
