For many people, the holidays are a time of joy and celebration. It's a time to gather together with friends and family and give thanks for all we have. For others, it can be a time of sadness and loneliness. For some reason or another, they may be spending the holidays alone. Maybe a relationship recently ended, or they are away from family and friends. For some, it may be the first time they are facing the holidays after the loss of a loved one.
