Private coaching can be a real game changer for your business or personal development—as long as it's with the right person. When it comes to private coaching, you want someone who is going to provide accountability and who truly cares about your journey and your growth, not someone who sees you as just another transaction on their spreadsheet.
It's important to be able to identify your values and seek out a coach who is aligned with your needs, desires, and goals. I've had both fantastic and terrible coaching experiences, and in today's episode, I'm sharing with you what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to identifying the right private coach for you.
I want you to feel confident investing in private coaching. Taking the time to really get clear about what you're looking for, research coaches and ask questions, and follow your intuition on the emotional connection will yield a private coaching experience that feels supportive and expansive.
