Young women have been growing up with an indoctrination of what womanhood is and what it should be. They've been taught everything that is in direct opposition to the Word of God. Young women who want to be different from the world are rare but they are real. Audrey Broggi will often be joined by her daughter and her daughters-in-law who desire to be discerning in a day when everything seems to go against God's design.

More about Submission This week on the podcast, we continue the conversation about submission in marriage – what it is, what it isn't, and how to practically live it out. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/relatable-with-allie-beth-stuckey/id1359249098?i=1000705315180 http://audreybroggi.com
A few weeks ago, I was a guest on Relatable, and Allie asked me some questions about submission in marriage. Since that time, I have received lots of questions so for the next two RBR podcasts, I will address this topic. It's not comprehensive and it may raise more questions in your mind, and if it does, please feel free to reach out to me - I would love to hear from you! Also, it is very helpful if you would leave a review! https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/relatable-with-allie-beth-stuckey/id1359249098?i=1000705315180 http://audreybroggi.com…
Jesus said this: "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?" This week on the podcast, we continue our conversation about clothing. We look at a few women from Scripture, how they dressed, and then make some practical application for our lives. I hope this episode encourages you to dress for the glory of God. www.audreybroggi.com…
This week on the podcast, I am interrupting our series on clothes as I grabbed some time with my oldest grandson, Jack Broggi! We talked about his study abroad trip, interning at his home church, and the mission trip he's on right now in Guatemala with his brother, Luke, and sister, Claire. It's always such an encouraging conversation anytime I talk to Jack. I asked him about his trip, what he learned, how God stretched him and used him, what he's looking forward to interning with his home church this summer, and about the Guatemala trip! I hope you are encouraged! I was!! audreybroggi.com…

If you've listened to the last two podcasts, you have heard from Scripture what God says about our bodies and how we should view them from God's perspective. We've learned how important they are, how we are to use them to glorify God, and how our bodies belong to Him. In this podcast, I get very practical as I share my own story. I hope it will encourage you as you look for ways to make your body strong. audreybroggi.com…
This is the second in a series about our bodies. When we understand that God owns our bodies, it makes all the difference in the world! This understanding affects how we take care of them in this life - what we eat, what we drink, how we exercise, what we wear - even to the products we use like makeup and skincare. Why? Because our bodies belong to God and we are simply His stewards. I hope this week's episode will solidify convictions about our bodies - God made us! Next week, I will be sharing summary and application, and after that, some conversations with my girls. audreybroggi.com…
Do you see your body as God sees it? The way we view our bodies affects everything we do with and to them – from the food we eat and don't eat - to the exercises we do - to the skincare, makeup, the clothes we wear, and even to the clothes we don't wear. This week's podcast is the first in a few episodes looking at God's view of our bodies. I hope as you listen, you will have a better understanding of your body and also, something very tangible you can teach your children and younger women in your life. Our bodies are very important to the Lord. This is just the beginning ... audreybroggi.com searchthescriptures.org…

This week on the podcast, you will hear my conversation with our oldest grandchild, Jack. He is 18 and a freshman at UGA. We talked about so many things on this episode - his growing up years, how his mom and dad both shaped him and instilled 2God's truth in him and how that has guided him thus far. At this stage of my life, I am especially encouraged by the young generation God is raising up – those who know Him and love Him. God is so very kind. Psalm 100:5 "For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting and His faithfulness is to all generations." www.audreybroggi.com…
In January, my daughter asked me to share 1 Timothy 3:11 with a group of women in Raleigh, North Carolina. As I walked through the qualifications for deacons' wives, I shared some principles for ALL wives. Husbands need wives in ways that they might not fully understand. God calls men to lead, provide, and protect. Sometimes they do that as pastors, shepherds, elders, and/or deacons in the church, but all of them do it as leaders of their families. However, leadership extends far beyond just their families. Men lead by example in their churches, in their communities, and in their jobs. They are mentors and role models to young boys growing up all around them. They are strong and protective warriors for the young girls growing up all around them. Men lead even if they don't have official positions and they need women to help them in these roles. I trust that this podcast will encourage you to encourage them. audreybroggi.com…
Once again, I had a delightful conversation with another granddaughter - Agnes! We talked about so many things – her favorite Bible stories, hobbies, run club, swimming and of course, the most important being a great love we share – cats! Enjoy! audreybroggi.com
It is a highlight of my week to record podcasts with my grandgirls. This week you get to hear from our 11-year-old granddaughter, Dorothy. Having these conversations with my children's children remind me of Psalm 78:5b-6 "That they should teach them to their children, That the generation to come might know, even the children yet to be born, That they may arise and tell them to their children ..." How encouraging it is for me to chat with her and I trust you are encouraged as well. audreybroggi.com…

Mary was chosen by God to carry not only her Savior, but our Savior. She was also chosen to raise Him as a baby and as a child. Something happened when He was 12 that she didn't quite understand, at that time. But she continued to grow in her faith and her understanding because she pondered and treasured everything in her heart. We talk about that this week on the podcast as we see her changing role in His life. He was about his Father's business. We watch her all the way to the cross and even afterwards. As always, I hope this week's podcast encourages you audreybroggi.com…

What’s going to happen if our godly women today don’t invest in the lives of the next generation of young women? I think about this often. So many young women don’t grow up in families that reflect what a biblical family should be. This generation is consumed by social media and influencers, yet God says the primary influencers should be the godly older women in the church—women who are not like Lot’s wife, in love with the world rather than the Lord. Young women need, as they always have, older women who understand what God’s Word teaches about being created as a woman, who have walked faithfully with Him, learned to bring their emotions under His control, and have wisdom to pass on to the young women following them. Here’s the thing: today’s young women are, in many ways, a motherless generation—both in the home and in the church. Some may dismiss me as just an old lady, but that doesn’t matter. As long as God gives me breath, I will continue teaching His truth. This week’s podcast features a message I shared with women at a conference in Dallas, Texas. I trust it will encourage you. audreybroggi.com…
God created all things for His glory and His pleasure. For the first 19 years of my life, I knew God loved me but I didn't understand that He found pleasure in me. When I grew in my understanding of this principle, my life was forever changed. As a child, God orchestrated an event in my life to show me I was a sinner in need of salvation. He drew me to Himself. Then later, He used a great heartbreak to sharpen my vision, give me focus, and to make my heart beat for eternity. Both of these moments in my life happened during the Christmas season. I hope this podcast encourages you and deepens your understanding that you, too, were created for His glory and He finds pleasure in you. I grabbed some time with my daughter-in-law, Chesed, and her girls as they were on their way to Fripp Island to celebrate Thanksgiving with her family. I'm so thankful my son, Jeremy and his family, stopped here first! We had an evening and morning together. It was so fun to gather the girls for a podcast - we talked about many random things! Like ... what their fall has been like - school and activities and schedules- even the road trip from DC to Seabrook! And I have to say I just listened because that part of the podcast is so entertaining! Some of their thoughts gathered around the theme of time and how it is such a gift. God is always working in our lives whether we are 9 or 66. As always, I hope this very fun podcast encourages you in your walk with the Lord And below is the link where you can find the book Chesed mentioned: https://www.amazon.com/Treasury-Thanksgiving-Illustrated-Poetry-Praise/dp/1629959707 audreybroggi.com…
Women are house builders. Proverbs 9:1 says, "Wisdom has built her house . . . " Verse 10 says : "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." This week's podcast will help us understand some choices we must make to be wise house builders. www.audreybroggi.com…
Proverbs 24:3–4 states this: "By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge, the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches." God is so kind to trust women to build homes whose rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. As we build our homes, we are strengthening the country, and we have a major influence in the world. When we do this, we are bringing honor to the Lord. On this week's podcast, we focus on what it means to be a biblical housebuilder. I trust it encourages you. www.audreybroggi.com…
The poem "The Hand that Rocks the Cradle is the Hand that Rules the World" was written in 1865 and although the phrase remains, the poem has long faded from memory. As you listen to this week's podcast, you will hear a lot from the book of Proverbs, you will hear the poem, and by God's grace, you will be renewed in your heart about what it means to walk with God moment by moment doing the things God has called you to do. And one of those things is rocking the cradle. The world may not notice your faithfulness in the home, but God does. And it matters. www.audreybroggi.com…
Working in the home matters. Being there for your people - making a house a home matters. All throughout the Scripture, we see how God created women to be keepers of the home in a very special way. Then specifically in Titus chapter 2, when the Lord is giving a curriculum list of what the older women are to teach the younger women, one of those is to be "a worker at home. " This week on the podcast, we're going to explore that phrase and even talk about how it has become so controversial in our day. I trust it will be helpful to you and as always, visit my website at audreybroggi.com for more encouragement.…
This week on the podcast, I share some thoughts about home. No matter where or how or when we grew up, we never forget our home. Home is supposed to be something really special. It is supposed to be the place where we are loved unconditionally, taught, guided, sheltered, and protected in our youngest years. It's supposed to be a place that prepares us for life. God has a heart for the home. He established it. It is my prayer that this podcast encourages you. And as always, visit my website, audreybroggi.com where you will find more encouragement for life…

Jesus gave an invitation in Matthew's gospel: “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” That invitation still stands for us today. On this week's podcast, we get glimpse of some people in the New Testament and how Jesus taught them to rest even when they were disappointed in life, even when their circumstances overwhelmed them, and even when they were distracted and flustered. What Jesus taught still stands and applies for us today. And as always, you will find lots of encouragement at my website www.audreybroggi.com…
