This week, I’m switching things up a bit and taking you behind the scenes of a typical day in my life. From the moment I wake up to the time my head hits the pillow, I’ll walk you through how I manage all the demands of parenthood, work, and life – and, spoiler alert, it’s not about spending hours on the floor playing with my kids.

Instead of the pressure to be constantly entertaining or engaging them, I’ve discovered something powerful: It’s not about the amount of time we spend, but the quality of those moments. I carve out intentional, meaningful connections that make me feel closer to my kids than ever, without having to be “on” all day long.

This episode is a reminder that true connection doesn’t require endless hours of play, but rather intentional moments that build strong bonds. If you’re feeling the pressure to do it all, this episode might just give you the permission to let that go.
