We use them daily across the HR value chain and they are to a large extent the way our products intersect with our clients. But where will they go in the next 5 years, and how did competencies get so widely adopted?
The best qualified person we can think of to help unpack this is Cathy, one of the founding partners of Omnicor and current partner at Multiplex. Cathy is well known in the industry for being a treasure trove of insight and knowledge across many HR disciplines, all gained through working at the rock face for more than 20 years.
