In this episode we are going to talk about acne. Why? Acne is more than a physical irritation, acne can impacts teens on a deep emotional level. It can undermine their self esteem and confidence. It can be fodder for ridicule by mean girls or boys . Acne may be a cause of drama between mothers and teens. Many of the medications for acne have negative emotional side effects for teen.
