Proper Business Etiquette In The Modern Workplace (with Robin Marriott)

This week’s episode of P&L is a bit unique but still very relevant to anybody in business: I invited Robin Marriott, founder of Manners Mean Money, to share with me why manners and etiquette are still so important in business. As business dress codes have been less strictly enforced and the younger generations enter the workforce, proper manners may seem to be something that we used to do in business. But, even though social norms have changed, there will always be a place for courtesy and respect. Robin shared with me some practical tips to keep in mind when meeting with clients, how things have changed since she started her business, and how COVID has impacted social etiquette.
