The big difference between my specialized training and other social media investigation programs, is that I shift the focus from collecting social media and opens source evidence to communicating the evidence to third parties without liability. Although investigators can strike gold with social media evidence in establishing relationships or verifying alibis and timelines, there are many hidden trapdoors. I give investigators new skills to navigate these trapdoors by identifying and eliminating or disclaiming “high risk” evidence prior to communicating investigative summary reports to clients, law enforcement, news media, and other third parties.
