We are five more games into the season. The Preds started a five-game road trip across western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. With an always strong Central Division, the Preds need to figure out their identity. We've seen line blenders almost every game and well-known players such as Tolvanen, Carrier, Glass, and Fabbro getting scratched. They embody the "Smashville" moniker, but as Edmonton proved the other night, skill and speed are what make championship teams these days.
