We also dive into the four phases of our cycle and how to adjust your lifestyle, diet and exercise routines to better align with each phase of your menstrual cycle. We also came to the conclusion that girl boss hustle culture is dead and taking breaks and making time to enjoy life is a high priority for us. Especially working in social media it can feel like we are constantly on our phones and a challenge to find ways to put our phone away without feeling like we need to constantly be productive.
