Word-of-mouth referrals is probably the most effective marketing channel to build your business but relying on it can get you into trouble. And when I say “relying” I’m talking about businesses whose primary source of leads is generated through word-of-mouth. Afterall, what happens if those referrals all of a sudden dry up?
