We are joined by Richie—a man whose luscious, ginger dreadlocks almost equal his gigantic heart and spirit in worth. He is a highly skilled and eclectic musician and an active member of three separate bands. During my time with Richie, I was fortunate enough to be delivered a hand-crafted, iced coffee directly from the former barista himself—made in real-time while recording the episode. I was mesmerized by his setup!
We find ourselves chatting off the beaten path—surrounded by a flowing stream, a log for a bridge, and the endless sounds of nature on a sunny day.
We discuss music, music, music, and work-life balance; and, of course, a few other things find their way into the mix. We share insight into how we met and why I wanted to bring him on the show. Spoiler alert—this won't be the last of Richie on this podcast. There's just simply too much to unpack.
