Preparation is as much of the mushroom trip as the day of the trip itself. In this episode Courtney and Eric recount their most important, 101 approaches to getting ready for a planned, intentional mushroom dose.
These top tips are with safety at the forefront of mind and include having a person on call and nearby who is not dosing alongside you and who is basically knowledgeable and educated about the process of communing with the mushroom (see psanctuary.org for their 101 space holder mini course to help with this).
