The difference in hitting your goals and not is the way we spend our time. People who are intentional with their time are intentional with their outcomes. It's so easy to be lost in the weeds and act every day without taking a moment to think about whether or not the actions we are taking are getting us where we want.
In this podcast I break down three steps that can help you define your goals and start taking action.
- Envision yourself a year from now. When you look back at the year, what do you want to have accomplished?
- What is the smallest step forward you can take towards this goal?
- Set a date for action. When are you going to start taking action towards this goal?
