Not only is James Gunn back in the Marvel family, but Nerd Caster is back from vacation and bringing you, the listener, a new episode. This week we talk briefly of the firing of James Gunn, what happened while he was away from Marvel, and then his penultimate return to the Guardians of The Galaxy Franchise.

The team discusses James Gunn getting picked up my DC shortly after Marvel decided to let him go, the petition and the word of the people, and how the decision to fire James Gunn by Disney and then re-hire him shows that maybe companies should stop to think before reacting when it comes to certain decisions.
