Today’s program comes to you on location from California, Louisiana, and Virginia. Mariellen Keely hosts today’s episode and is joined by Shaun Edwards (Program Planner, Sacramento County, California Child Support Services), and Gabrielle Brown-Morgan (Project Director for the Responsible Parenting Grant with the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services). They discuss their projects with the Federal Demonstration Grant that involves fifteen states and two Tribes. Their conversation centers around the goal to educate and motivate teens and young adults to postpone parenthood until after they complete their education, start a career, and engage in a committed relationship.
