About Anna

Anna Szpunar, (PCC) Anna is a Business and Executive Leadership Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (E.L.I. - MP) and COR.E Dynamics Transitions and Leadership specialist who trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

Her mission is to help people embrace their “Entrepreneurial Soul”—to trust their intuition and take action to pursue their dreams, even when it is intimidating, confusing, or difficult. Throughout her 20 year career in media sales and magazine publishing, Anna has worked with national, international and global teams and brands across Africa, America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Ten years ago, she followed her own dream and moved from London to New York City. As an expat who had always been very close to family and friends, being so far away from a support network was challenging even though it was exactly what she wanted.

She was far from her comfort zone, in every possible way—a new country, new city, new job, new life! Making such a drastic life change all at once made her realize that change is transformative, but also scary, and it’s easy to become stuck or stalled.

Today she is running her own coaching practice working 1-1 with solopreneurs, VPs, C-Suite executives, leading workshops and is a group coach for private member groups and corporate teams across the U.S. and internationally.

Anna’s coaching offers a calm, safe space in which individuals can develop their self-awareness, feel comfortable, empowered, and break down barriers holding them back. She helps people to gain clarity on their purpose and goals, shift their energy and supports them in navigating through their personal transitions and on their professional journey.

During the pandemic Anna found herself feeling stuck due to her fear of driving on the other side of the road, she had not driven since she moved to the U.S. With the realization that she could do so much more if she moved past this fear, she got her driver's license and recently returned from a dream U.S. Road trip having driven 16,000 miles across 28 states.
