While a probability impact matrix is used regularly in business and project management, we’re talking about how it’s an excellent tool to use in our personal lives, because it helps moms identify where to focus their energy and resources when there’s many “what if” scenarios on the table.

Janice Scholl has spent her entire career talking about money and business. Through her time as a commercial banker, consultant, and mentor to budding entrepreneurs, she helped clients create solid business and financial strategies to help propel their business to success.
