Greg is a great friend that is full of energy! Greg is a family man, entrepreneur and real estate investor with investments in Syracuse, NY. Greg grew up in an academic family but was always an entrepreneur, and calls himself a recovering engineer. Greg followed the corporate path until he realized there was another way, and while his path has had ups and downs, ultimately, he feels great about where he is because he is moving toward the best version of himself.

In this episode we discuss:

· Why Greg bets on himself.

· A scarcity vs abundant mindset regarding finance.

· How is approach to finance has changed over time as he has grown.

· Why we should be running at something and for something, vs running away from something.

· How if you want to help your kids live purposefully, live purposefully.

· Navigating different real estate asset classes and learning what your wheelhouse is.

· How the combination of education and action create confidence and belief.

· Why Greg has no regrets because his failures have made him better.

· Why growing out of growing pains may not be the answer.

· Greg transition from ‘growth’ to fine tuning and bringing focus to specific asset classes.

· Running your own race and focusing on what really matters.

· How to approach portfolio reallocation and the key metrics to focus on.

· Greg’s shift to focusing on spiritual growth.

· Understanding motivation and whether it is internal or external.

And more……………. you won’t want to miss this!
