He explains how scalable this model is and how to apply it in small and large situations, in the smallest and biggest moments!
Tim explains what he calls the performance pathway for organizations, Leaders create the Culture that drives behavior that gets results. He explains what a toxic culture can do for a company and what a great culture can do. Tim goes deep into his purpose, principles and how he lives his life, and gives some real world and very serious examples of how he has applied his own teachings in his life.
Finally, he tells us that we need to develop our mindset and skillset, we can do both, and if we do, it will change everything.
