Hi Mujeres! Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to bring a special episode focusing on mental health and the benefits that fitness and physical activity has done for our mental health. Alejandra Suarez works in PR during the day and teaches yoga in her free time. Ale found yoga as a coping mechanism during college while she was going through life's challenges. She noticed a huge shift in her mental health and wanted to spread her joy and gift to others so she decided to turn her new love of yoga into an opportunity to share it with others by teaching. Alejandra currently offers virtual yoga classes and will soon be having in person session, she also offers her sessions in Spanish to make all feel welcome. Go give her a follow on IG @alejandrasy to check her out and what upcoming sessions she will be hosting. This episode also shares Liz's personal struggle with mental health and her breakthrough of finally finding healing with her fitness journey.
