When the pandemic hit in March the company began producing face shields almost immediately. At first, they made the shields to help keep community first responders safe. Later, however, they ramped up production to meet the needs of a much broader population and they recently produced their 3 millionth shield.
Harold and Michael talk about the challenges of being a small, family owned business – particularly in the time of COVID 19; the importance of community and community involvement, the courage and dedication of the Orange Packaging Workforce and what lies ahead for the company.
