Or to basically support the younger generation, and also to sweeten up the deal honestly for the younger generation to say, well, what would it look like if that role was interesting to you? What's not interesting for you and how can we help you and how can we prepare you to do that? There's no no easy answer, but organizations are trying. – Kathi
