This was a tough one to create. This video's purpose is to immerse you into my world when suffering from an anxiety attack. Outside of this context, I am very happy with my life and the people in it. Being so happy outside of these attacks is probably what makes them so hard to endure to begin with. I have never been this candid about my chronic anxiety before this. Seems like it was easier to express in the form of a project knowing others could relate and find out that they are not alone. Thankfully, I haven't had an attack in almost two years but I thought it best to reach out and support the millions of people suffering from mental illness in silence. (1 in 5 in Canada) You are not alone.
