Welcome back to the Like Mother, Like Daughter podcast! We spent a great Thanksgiving break at home together, and we dive all into the ups and downs of the past week by starting off the episode with our lights. Then, we dived into this week's episode which was all about painful goodbyes and Sunday Scaries, which was top of mind after this past weekend with Lauryn heading back to school and Jamee starting up work again. Although it has gotten easier over the past 3.5 years, Jamee still has a hard time saying goodbye to Max and Lauryn at the end of each holiday break. In this episode we share this mother/daughter's perspective on what our goodbye's are like and ways that we cope with them. We also talk about how to just face our anxieties about the work we have head on and know that we will be able to accomplish it. This episode was very therapeutic for us and are glad we got to share.
