In today’s episode of the Life Leadership Podcast, I am speaking to

Javier Buzon

Born and raised in Oviedo, Spain, Javier took a courageous step in moving to Dublin to expand his experience in a new environment, later to Barcelona, and finally to Madrid, where he currently resides. His 20-year tenure at HPE Financial Services has afforded him the opportunity to learn, travel, and grow professionally, all while meeting great people along the way.

Javier is currently a Global Account Executive at HPEFS, a role that allows him to interact daily with customers and colleagues, solve complex problems, travel, and prioritize his customer’s needs.

During his 16+ years in sales, he has learned that teamwork is the cornerstone of any organization. Working together towards a common goal has led to several Sales Awards, and he is determined to continue achieving success in the future.

Javier is passionate about mentoring junior sales members, helping them develop selling methodologies and skills. He says, “We all were new to a role or organization at some point, and I find it extremely rewarding to spend time exchanging ideas with future sales professionals.”
