Continuing with my "self sustaining" series, I took some time to sit and chat with the hoods "Unofficial/Official Therapist" Celeste. Now don't get me wrong she's definitely licensed and an official therapist, but the hood claims her unofficially (whether she likes it or nah...lol. Make sure ya'll take a listen as we discuss her personal journey that lead her into the field of mental health. We also cover tips for my LGN family to use when finding yourself in a mental "rut".
