On the eve of the release of their beautiful second studio album, A Matter of Time, Soul-Rock Nashville based Icons LadyCouch join the show.
Keshia Bailey (Vocals/Percussion) and Allen Thompson (Vocals/Guitar) talk about how their upbringing ultimately got them to follow their musical purpose, Allen's transformative period and Keshia's decision to live in a state of Joy and Gratitude.
The duo also shares the story of their new album, and how they arrived at their finest collection yet - a group of songs inspired by the idea of fighting one's own guardian angel and the struggle for spiritual and human growth.
I loved getting to ask Keshia and Allen about the creative path that led to this album, recording at Southern Ground studios in Nashville and we were even traded to an exclusive performance of 'Seasick'.
