I share why I started my podcast. This bonus episode is a tell-all on my experience attending a public phased-out high school in New York City, and the effects it had on my academic experience in college. I realized as a student of sociology that people can suffer due to poor academic preparation. I struggled with writing and failed some classes. My spark for creating this podcast comes from the background of learning social contexts.
