In this episode with spoke to Rowan Preece, a runner that suffered from the effects of RED-S, about his journey with identity. We spoke to him about how RED-S affected him as an individual and how it became all encompassing and stole his identity. We speak about how this has impacted Rowan today and the journey he is on to find out who he truly is. He talks about how we should give ourselves the credit we deserve for coming out of difficult times and struggles, and realise that life is a constant evolving journey. Our identity is ever changing and we are always learning about ourselves.
