Roger Clarke

Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Roger Clarke, has been a Senior Advisor to IPSX Group since January 2019. He now joins the business full time. Roger has extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in equity capital markets but also in M&A and restructuring, with a specific sector focus on Real Estate. Paul Shearer

Paul Shearer has worked extensively in both Television and Radio in front of and behind the camera as an actor, writer and presenter and script editor. Andrew Knight

Andrew Knight has worked at RICS for over 8 years, and is currently the International Data Standards Director. Before that he managed RICS’ relationship with the finance and investment community working with debt and equity participants, their advisors in law and accountancy, and regulators. In his current role, Andrew is responsible for the development and adoption of RICS’ new suite of Data Standards across valuation, property measurement, construction costs, and land title/cadastral. https://www.rics.org/asean/

Hugo Raworth

Hugo joined JLL in 2015 as Lead Director of the London Commercial Valuation teams.
